2.2. Databases are hosted by Neon Inc. (neon.tech) and files, including photos, by Supabase Inc. (supabase.com).
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All elements of the service (structure, texts, logos, interfaces, code, databases), except for data imported by users, are the exclusive property of TOUREX ECOM SARL or are licensed to it.
3.2. Any reproduction, representation, modification or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
3.3. Trademarks and names of laboratories or products mentioned in the service belong to their respective owners.
4. Personal Data
4.1. The processing of personal data carried out through the service is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the site footer.
4.2. It is subject to Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data, under the supervision of the ARTCI.
5. Cookies
5.1. The service only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation: session, authentication and security. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
6. Liability
6.1. TOUREX ECOM SARL uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guaranteeing the absence of interruptions or errors.
6.2. Each agency and each laboratory remains responsible for the data it enters into the service and for the compliance of its use with applicable regulations, in particular regarding pharmaceutical promotion.
7. Governing Law
7.1. This legal notice is governed by Ivorian law.
7.2. Any dispute relating to the service shall be submitted, failing amicable resolution, to the competent courts of Abidjan.
