Create a laboratory
- Open Laboratories, then create a laboratory.
- Choose its plan: Free to get started, or Premium.
- Invite its manager.
Deactivating a laboratory keeps all its data: you can reactivate it later.
Invite a manager
- On the laboratory page, tap Invite a manager.
- Enter their email (optional), then Generate invitation.
- Send them the link or the code. The invitation expires after 48 hours.
The manager then invites their own supervisors and delegates.
Plans, trial and seats
- 30-day Premium trial, offered without a credit card. At the end, the laboratory goes back to Free with no data loss.
- Extra seats: beyond the seats included in Premium, add more from the laboratory's subscription.
- Enterprise: for large networks (several managers, up to 35 delegates per laboratory), a quoted license. Contact us.
- Access code: if Delemed gave you a code, use Activate an access code.
Billing
Invoices, payment method and cancellation are managed in the billing portal, available from the subscription.
Agency settings
Fill in the agency's identity, contact details, address and legal identifiers. The country determines the reference database of health facilities offered for import.
Common issues
- The invitation no longer works: it expired after 48 hours. Generate a new one.
- A manager can no longer add members: the plan's seat limit is reached. Add seats or upgrade to Premium.
