Schedule a visit

  1. Open My Planning, then tap Schedule.
  2. Choose the facility, the contact, the date and the time. Add notes if needed.
  3. Confirm: the visit appears in the Upcoming section.

Only contacts from your zones (sectors) are offered.

The message “No zone assigned” means your manager has not assigned you a sector yet. Contact them: without a zone, no contact is visible.

The planning is sorted into three sections:

  • Today: your visits for the day, with the Write report button.
  • Overdue: past visits without a report. Close them with a report or cancel them.
  • Upcoming: visits for the following days.

Send the weekly plan

Every week, you send your reference plan to your supervisor.

  1. Schedule at least one visit for the following week.
  2. On the Reference plan card, tap Send my plan. Sending is open from Friday 12:00 to Saturday evening.
  3. Your supervisor approves it or requests changes.
  4. If changes are requested, read their comment, make the corrections, then tap Resend my corrected plan.

Write a visit report

Tap the center button in the bottom bar, or Write report from a scheduled visit.

  1. Choose the visited contact. Leave the facility empty so it is detected by GPS.
  2. Add the products presented (at least one), with quantity and price if an order is taken.
  3. Record the contact's reaction: Very interested, Neutral or Reluctant. Add a comment if useful.
  4. If an order was obtained, tick it. On Premium, attach the order form photo.
  5. Set the next visit: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month or a specific date.
  6. Tap Submit report.

The GPS position is recorded automatically. If GPS is unavailable, the report is accepted without coordinates. Right after, Delemed offers to enter a distribution survey for a pharmacy (Premium).

No network? The report is saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection comes back. The banner at the top of the screen shows the number of pending items.

Correct or cancel a visit

  • Correct: you can edit the report's content. The contact, GPS position and time stay locked.
  • Cancel: choose a reason (wrong contact, duplicate, test, other). Cancellation is final; the visit remains visible, struck through.

Send the daily debrief

At the end of the day, sum up your day in a few lines: what went well, difficulties, doctors' requests. Your supervisor and your manager read it. A “Yesterday's debrief is missing” alert appears if you forgot it.

Track your objectives

The My objectives screen shows the number of visits expected per day for each contact family, and your progress. Objectives are set by the manager and distributed by your supervisor (Premium).

Common issues

  • I can't find a contact: they are not in your sectors, or their city is not filled in. Report it to your manager.
  • The “Send my plan” button is greyed out: you are outside the sending window, or no visit is scheduled.
  • GPS is not recorded: allow location access for Delemed in the phone settings. GPS is only active during the laboratory's working hours.
