Getting started

Delemed organizes the work of a team of medical delegates: visit planning, reports, objectives and field follow-up. This page explains how the application is structured before moving on to the role guides.

Agency and laboratories

• The agency is your Delemed account. It is created at sign-up by the agency owner.
• A laboratory is a client of the agency whose products you promote. Each laboratory has its own team, contacts, products and plan.
• A laboratory's data is never visible from another laboratory.

The four roles

Role	What they do day to day
Agency owner	Creates laboratories, chooses plans, invites managers, handles billing.
Manager	Sets up the laboratory: sectors, contacts, products, objectives. Invites the team.
Supervisor	Follows their team, approves weekly plans, adjusts objectives.
Delegate	Schedules visits, writes reports and sends the daily debrief.

Everyone joins the team through an invitation: a link or a code generated by the person one level above.

Plans

• Free: to get started, no credit card and no time limit. Up to 2 delegates and 100 contacts per laboratory.
• Premium: objectives, GPS, export, CSV import, order form photo and digital distribution. Extra seats can be added.
• Enterprise: a quoted license for large networks.

A 30-day Premium trial is offered without a credit card. When the trial ends, the laboratory goes back to Free with no data loss. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

Getting started in 5 steps

1. The agency owner creates their account, then a first laboratory.
2. They invite the manager of that laboratory.
3. The manager creates the sectors, imports the contacts and adds the products.
4. The manager invites the supervisors and delegates, then assigns each delegate to their sectors.
5. Delegates plan their week and write their first reports.
