Offline mode, GPS, plans and seats, invitations.
Offline
Can I work without a network? Yes. Reports and surveys entered offline are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection comes back. The banner at the top of the screen shows the number of pending items, with the Retry and Delete buttons.
Can a report be sent twice? No. Each submission is identified: a new attempt after a dropout does not create a duplicate.
GPS
When is my position recorded? Only during the working hours set by the manager (08:00 to 17:00 by default), and when a report is submitted. GPS is a Premium feature.
What happens if GPS is unavailable? The report is still accepted, without coordinates.
Plans and seats
What does the Free plan include? Up to 2 delegates and 100 contacts per laboratory, with no time limit. Objectives, GPS, export, CSV import and distribution are reserved for Premium.
What happens at the end of the Premium trial? The laboratory goes back to Free. No data is deleted.
How do I add members beyond the limit? The agency owner adds seats from the laboratory's subscription. Prices are on the Pricing page.
Invitations
How long is an invitation valid? 48 hours. After that, generate a new invitation.
Do I need the invited person's email? No, the email is optional. You can share the link or the code by WhatsApp.
Can I sign up with Google? Yes, on the sign-up page as well as on the login page.
Data
Can other laboratories see my contacts? No. Each laboratory has its own data, invisible from the others.
