Here is how a week unfolds in Delemed, for the whole team.

Monday to Friday morning: in the field
- Delegates: scheduled visits, a report after each visit, a debrief at the end of the day.
- Supervisors: reading reports and debriefs, following up on delays.
- Managers: tracking objectives, coverage and distribution.
Friday 12:00: sending plans
Delegates prepare the following week and tap Send my plan. Sending stays open until Saturday evening.
Friday 12:00 to Sunday evening: review
Supervisors approve each plan or request changes with a comment. The delegates concerned correct and resend their plan, until Sunday evening.
Sunday 9:00: reminder
Reviewers who still have pending plans receive a reminder.
Monday 0:00: closing
- A plan left unanswered is automatically approved.
- A plan whose changes were not resent becomes Not approved.
During the week: following the plan
Each visit is compared with the reference plan:

| On the planned day | The visit took place on the scheduled date. |
| Rescheduled | The visit took place, but on another day. |
| Missed | The scheduled visit did not take place. |
| Off plan | Visit carried out without being scheduled. |
Times follow the laboratory's time zone.
